Attention Q+A Club: Have you picked up the permission slip for the field trip on Friday?

Don’t forget about the Bottle Drive that Community Outreach is sponsoring! Drop off your returnable bottle in the Bottle Box in the Main Lobby by the front doors.

Yearbook meets today!

Don’t forget to get a bus pass if you are using the late bus today!

Are you looking for a quiet place to do homework?  Do you need some extra help in a subject?  Do you want some tips on organizing your stuff? Come to the Homework Club!  It starts on Monday, November 21!    The Homework Club will meet on Mondays after the walker bell until 3:45 in the Library!

 SPORTS:

Girls and Boys Basketball practice times for the season:

 8th Grade Girls Practice: 2:45-4:00

7th Grade Girls Practice: 4:00-5:15

7th Grade Boys Practice 5:15-6:30

8th Grade Boys Practice 6:30-7:45

7th grade girls basketball team will meet after school on 

  • Thursday in Room 308 with Mrs. Similien until  your practice time

  • Friday in Room C-6 with Ms. Rountree until your practice time

 Last call for cheering sign ups! Grades 6, 7, 8 -- Cheering will start Monday, 11/21, Tuesday 11/22 from 2:45-4:45.  Practices will then be held, Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays from 2:45-4:45 starting Monday, 11/28. 

 Picture Retake day is November 30! 

  • Flyers will be sent home next week. 

  • Retake Day Reminders:New students or students who were absent during the original picture day/s should come to the camera on Retake Day.

Students who would like a retake must bring their original portrait packet to the camera and return it to the photographer.

    • Civil Rights Team meets at 2:35 to 3:30 in Room 312 meeting canceled for 11/24.

    • “Whose Crime Is It Anyway?” from 2:35-3:45 in room 204

    • Homework Club (starting 11/21) 2:30-4 in the Library

  • Tuesday 

    • Student Council meets after the walker bell in room 317 (11/29)

    • 6th Grade Math Team 2:35-4:00 in the Library (attend the Tuesday PM meeting or the Wednesday AM meeting) 

    • Advanced Choir 7:05 am in the chorus room

    • 7th Grade Math Team 2:35-3:45 in Room 104.  

    • Jazz Choir 2:20-3:30 in the chorus room

    • Creative Writing Club will meet on November 22 in Room 311-2:45-4:00

    • Coding Club - Room 105 - 2:40-3:50 (last meeting 11/22)

  • Wednesday 

    • 6th Grade Math Team 7:15-7:45 am

    • 8th Grade Math Team 7:00-7:45 am Room 208

  • Thursday 

    • Yearbook Club - Meets on 11/17 and 12/1 in room 205 after the walker bell and ends at 4.

    • Coffin Food Market - Open to all Brunswick Residents with school aged kids - Market is open from 3 to 5 pm weekly.

    • Chess Club in room 312 from the walker bell until 4

    • Robotics Club in room 314 from the walker bell until 4
