Your social studies teachers would like to thank you for your thoughtful discussions of the important upcoming Maine races and for participating in the state's mock election. Here are the results. Drum roll please. According to Brunswick Junior High students, the next governor of Maine should be Janet Mills in a landslide. The race to represent us in the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C., was a little closer. Chellie Pingree beat out Ed Thelander.
And Congratulations are also in order for some of our teachers who were write-in candidates, including Mr. Weafer, Mrs. Shaw, Mrs. Lord, Mr. Macisso, Mrs. Brewer, Mrs. Hinman, and Mr. Kosak. Rick Astley also made a respectable showing proving that we'll be "Together Forever."
If you are going to be taking the late bus today, be sure to get your pass BEFORE lunch today!

Cheering Signups are in the lobby! Practice Start Date: TBARobotics Club signups are this week! The sign up sheet is in the Main Lobby. Robotics will meet on Thursdays starting November 3 and will meet from the Walker bell until 4 pm.
Join Volleyball Club: Open to any 6th-8th grader! Sessions will be skill-based drills that will build to competitive games over time. The Advisor for this club is former BHS Varsity Head Coach Kaili Phillips. Sign ups are in the main lobby for Thursday, November 3 and Friday, November 4, 2:45-4:00.You may do one session or both!
