MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Code of Ethics Winners this week are: 

6th grade: Tova Oleson

7th grade: Tanvir Khalifa

8th grade: Sam Inacio

REMINDER:  Water only is allowed during school hours!  This includes lunch period!  No energy drinks, coffee, soda, etc.

Don't forget - Wednesday, October 4 is an early release day!  Dismissal is at 11:30!

Student Council starts on Tuesday, October 3! If you are interested in being on the Student Council, meet in the Cafe at the walker bell!

Girls Soccer Practice:  2:15-4:15

Boys 7/8 Practice: 2:45-4:30

Field Hockey Practice: 2:45-4:15

Cross Country Meet @ Smiling Hill Farm, Dismissal 1:35, Bus 1:45

LATE BUS INFORMATION:  The Late Bus Service will start on September 18.  It will leave the Junior High at 4:10 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.  If you will be taking the late bus or sports, clubs, or after school help with a teacher, you MUST get a blue bus pass from the Main Office.  Please come to the Main office in the morning before lunch if you are going to be riding the late bus!  Thank you!

Daily Activities and Club List

  • Monday

    • Tabletop Gaming Club will meet from the walker bell until 3:30 in room 308

    • Civil Rights Club - meets from the walker bell until 3:30 in Room 312  

  • Tuesday

    • Chess Club meets weekly in Room 317 at the walker bell and will end at 3:30. No Chess club on September 26 or October 3.  Next meeting will be October 10.

    • Whose Crime is it Anyway will start October 3. 

    • Student Council - first meeting October 3 in the cafeteria from the walker bell until 4:00

  • Wednesday

  • Thursday 

    • Coffin Food Market - Open to all Brunswick Residents with school aged kids - Market is open from 3 to 5 pm weekly.

    • Creative Writing Club will meet from the walker bell until 3:45 

    • 8th Grade Math Team from the walker bell until 3:30.  Please see Mr. Leitzell for a permission slip
