The Brunswick Rec is looking for some help with the Valentine Ball. Here are the details:
Set-Up is on Friday, February 7th from 4pm until 7:30pm at HBS. We will probably not need to be there until 7:30pm but it is easier to send people home early than to ask them to stay later. As many people as would like to help we will take. We always seem to have more trouble getting volunteers for Friday than we do for Saturday. With that in mind can we stipulate that volunteers that help on Friday will be given priority for the spots that we fill on Saturday? Just trying to brainstorm a way to increase the numbers for Friday.
The dance is 5-7pm on Saturday the 8th, and we ask the volunteers to commit to 4pm to 8pm. We would limit the number of volunteers for the dance to 8 and appropriate attire is required.
To sign up please contact Aaron Cropley acropley@brunswickme.gov
